SAP SuccessFactors HCM Enginee- German speaker C1

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Engineer (80-100%) - Switzerland - for a first class client, for a perm role with a lot of home office ( from switzerland ), we are actively looking for a German speaker with SAP SuccessFactors HCM experience.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors engineering or integrations
• Strong technical understanding of system interfaces and data flows
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM and IAM environments
• German C1 and English B2
• Willing to travel up to 10% (Germany and USA)

Your Mission

• Take ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape: projects, change requests and 3rd level support
• Manage integrations with SAP HCM (transition phase), SAP S/4HANA, IAM platforms and HR tools
• Ensure data consistency, system stability and high performance
• Coordinate release processes and system configuration
• Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, SaaS providers and internal IT teams
