SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with extensive experience across Recruitment processes required to join a brand new implementation for a leading global brand.

This is a permanent opportunity, offering 100% remote working across Europe, and an excellent salary package.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Design and shape applications
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and advising customers on this
  • Implement SuccessFactors RCM and RMK
  • Conduct workshops
  • Configure, support, and deploy solutions
  • Deliver training
Key experience required:
  • Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, delivering implementations
  • Extensive experience working with RCM and RMK
  • Onboarding experience is beneficial
  • Ability to integrate 3rd party tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications beneficial
