Job Title: SAP SD/GTS Consultant - Life Sciences
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/GTS Consultant to support a global life sciences client on a long-term engagement. The consultant will play a key role in delivering and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution and Global Trade Services solutions in a regulated, international environment.
This role requires a strong functional background, hands-on delivery experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP SD and GTS solutions aligned with business requirements
- Support international trade compliance processes including export controls, embargo screening, and customs management
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Participate in system enhancements, integrations, testing, and deployment activities
- Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution
- Ensure solutions comply with life sciences regulatory and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and supply chain
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP experience, with strong focus on SAP SD and SAP GTS
- Proven experience working with life sciences or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and global trade compliance
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and end-user support
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing role
