bluewaveSELECT have been engaged by a leading organisation to secure an experienced Working Instruction Writer to support a global SAP S/4HANA programme.

The Working Instruction Writer is responsible for developing clear and comprehensive Working Instructions intended for end users. This role involves creating step-by-step guidance that enables users to understand and execute procedures accurately.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in working instructions writing.
• Finance (planning and budgeting, O2DC, PM&M) or Operations (Manufacturing and Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality)
• S/4HANA Knowledge
• Ability to understand/work with various online IT systems/applications including Microsoft Office suite.
• Strictly follow a template to allow development of content to be produced in a consistent and uniformed manner.
• Ability/experience to follow a project plan and be able to adhere to tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience in large scale S/4HANA implementations.
• Pharmaceuticals experience.
• SAP EnableNow knowledge.
