Mars is driving a large-scale digital transformation through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across our global segments-Petcare, Snacking, Food, and Corporate. This program goes far beyond a system upgrade. It's a business-wide evolution focused on simplifying and harmonizing core processes.

To support this, we're hiring a Senior Test Manager to lead testing across the S/4HANA landscape. You'll shape our test strategy and execution, ensuring our new systems are robust, scalable, and meet the highest quality standards.

You'll play a key role in a global program that requires collaboration across multiple markets and functions. This role is pivotal to ensuring a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA, with responsibility for aligning test activities across all segments (Petcare, Corporate, Snacking, and Food).

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Model and promote Mars' Five Principles in all interactions.
• Lead the SAP S/4HANA Digital Core Testing Team across all phases (unit, SIT, UAT, go-live validation).
• Develop, implement, and manage detailed test strategies and plans aligned with project timelines and stakeholder needs.
• Oversee test execution, coordinate environments, and manage defect tracking and resolution.
• Integrate test automation tools and practices where possible to enhance coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders to align on test goals and requirements.
• Produce clear, actionable test reporting and insights for leadership and teams.
• Effectively allocate testing resources and manage team capacity to ensure quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing testing best practices and learning from each release.
• Utilize testing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, eCATT, and SAP Solution Manager to manage testing activities.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years in ERP/SAP transformation or implementation roles, with strong experience leading test planning and execution.
• In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA testing standards and delivery methodologies (agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
• Experience working in complex, global programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and testing outcomes.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication, status reporting, and managing third-party and vendor collaboration.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
