SAP S/4HANA Project Manager - French Speaking -

Our client based in Paris is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join a major ERP transformation programme.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects within a highly regulated environment, ensuring successful execution across business and IT workstreams.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, SAP project leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex international deployments while ensuring compliance with industry standards and validation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Drive programme governance and reporting to senior leadership
• Oversee workshops, process design sessions, testing cycles, cutover, and go-live activities
• Manage stakeholder communication across French and international business units
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives
• Ensure delivery follows SAP Activate methodology and best practices
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure successful delivery against milestones

Required Experience

• 8+ years SAP project management experience
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programmes
• Experience managing large-scale international SAP Projects
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multicultural and multilingual teams
