Job Title: SAP QM Consultant

Total Experience Required: 10+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software

Relevant Experience Required: 8+ years in Quality Management

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on project needs

Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 2 times a week at office)

Languages Required: English, Dutch is a plus

Visa/Work Authorization Status:

1. Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in the Netherlands
2. If you currently possess a valid work visa for Europe or the UK, we can support the process of securing work authorization for the Netherlands

Work Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

1. Must be currently based in the Netherlands, or
2. Willing to relocate to the Netherlands from anywhere within Europe or the UK
3. Relocation support is available for selected candidates relocating from within Europe or the UK
4. Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant based in Amsterdam. This opportunity is ideal for a senior consultant with deep expertise in quality management processes and a strong track record of supporting SAP transformation projects.

You will play a key role in guiding business users, managing change control processes, and contributing to S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business requirements within the quality management domain
• Address and resolve day-to-day queries from business users
• Actively participate in the ACCB (Change Control Board) to review and approve/disapprove change requests
• Provide expertise and support for the ongoing S/4HANA transformation discussions
• Ensure alignment of quality processes with SAP best practices

Essential Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in quality management process areas
• Strong SAP ERP Quality Management (QM) knowledge
• Hands-on experience in change control management (ACCB)
• Business stakeholder engagement and query resolution
• Contribution to S/4HANA migration projects

Optional Skills:

• Experience with global SAP implementations
• Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., pharma, manufacturing)
• Understanding of SAP integration with other modules (MM, PP)
• Knowledge of quality compliance standards
• Experience in process documentation and user training
