SAP Project Manager - GERMANY

SAP Project Manager is required to join and international project based in Germany to lead a digital transformation to SAP S/4HANA using the RISE with SAP cloud model. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of our SAP cloud journey. You will act as the central orchestrator balancing business requirements, technical workstreams, external System Integrators (SIs), and SAP delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Methodology
End-to-End Governance: Direct the full deployment life cycle from discovery and preparation through hypercare, utilizing the SAP Activate methodology.
Project Planning: Formulate and manage comprehensive project plans, including master schedules, resource allocation charts, critical path milestones, and budgets.
Scope & Change Control: Manage scope closely through rigorous change-management frameworks to prevent scope creep while fulfilling core business goals.
RISE with SAP & Cloud Coordination
Vendor & Ecosystem Orchestration: Serve as the primary point of contact coordinating between internal IT, business teams, the System Integrator (SI), and SAP's RISE delivery teams.
Cloud & Platform Alignment: Oversee technical workstreams related to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), data migration, integrations, and hyperscaler infrastructure.
Fit-to-Standard Governance: Champion the Clean Core strategy and lead "Fit-to-Standard" design workshops to drive standard SAP best practices over custom code.
GERMAN LANGUAGE IS PREFERRED.
