You will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions, driving complex case analysis, managing specialized resources, and ensuring high-quality, zero-defect outputs while leading a team of analysts.Key responsibilities of the role:Translating bespoke client requirements into technical specifications, and managing the design, building, and configuration of applications to meet unique business processes.Driving the analysis on complex, non-standard cases and leading the resolution of complex issues, rather than just handling routine support requests.Creating and managing project schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures (WBS) specifically for the customized development or enhancement.Acting as the primary point of contact with client delivery teams to manage expectations, provide updates, and address technical queries.Leading a small team of analysts and associates, allocating work, conducting quality reviews (zero-defect focus), and providing coaching.YOUR PROFILETechnical Proficiencyi n SAP ECC/S4 module configuration.Management of multiple Global/cross jurisdiction SAP implementations.Ability to solve open-ended problems where solutions are not explicitly published, and adapting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for non-standard, custom requests.Excellent ability to interface with global client case teams and manage client relationships, ensuring trust and smooth execution.Proactively identifying risks related to customized design, resource gaps, or technical constraints.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growthOur commitment to maintain high ethical standards ensuring Diversity, Sustainability and Inclusion in our business practisesBe a part of our professional communities role framework which promotes professional growth, career development and enhances Sogeti's capabilities across different domainsSogeti Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.
