Job Description

Location: Hybrid - Remote & Lower Saxony (Germany)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months + Extension

Workload: Full-Time

About the Project:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PMO Analyst to support multiple work-streams in a large SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to a major transformation project.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide PMO support across SAP project work-streams.
  • Assist with project planning, tracking progress, risks, and issues.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up on actions.
  • Develop and maintain project governance documents and dashboards.
  • Contribute to defining project management methodologies and standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years PMO experience in large SAP projects.
  • Proven SAP PMO experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in German & English.
