Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance Consultant

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week on-site (negotiable)

Rate: €60-75/hour

Duration: 6-18+ months

Language: English (Fluency Required)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance Consultant with 12+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will support business users, manage day-to-day functional queries, and participate in change control (ACCB) meetings. Additionally, the consultant will contribute to S/4HANA transformation discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business requirements related to Plant Maintenance.
• Address daily user queries and provide functional support.
• Participate in the ACCB (Change Control Board) to evaluate change requests.
• Support and advise on the SAP S/4HANA transformation process.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance.
• Proven ability to interact with business users and resolve functional issues.
• Strong involvement in change management processes (ACCB).
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or willing to operate from the Netherlands with partial remote work flexibility.
