SAP MM Consultant - English Speaking - North Rhine-Westphalia or Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany (60% Remote Working) - Permanent Job - Flexible Start Date from January 2026 Onwards. Salary up to €120,000/annum + Bonus + Benefits (including company car).
Our highly specialist Consultancy client, with an innovative work environment, and forward-thinking, international team is hiring a highly skilled Architect/Senior SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant to support strategic customer projects.
The role can be based in either North Rhine-Westphalia or Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany (60% Remote Working).
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Design SAP MM-based architecture for procurement and inventory processes tailored to industry-specific requirements.
- Develop integration concepts across SAP modules (eg, SD, PP, FI/CO) and third-party systems.
- Lead blueprint and solution design workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide architectural guidance during implementation phases and ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions.
Project Implementation & Delivery:
- Manage and execute configuration of SAP MM components.
- Act as a senior expert and hands-on consultant in SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects.
- Support and guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end MM transformations.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers on functional specifications and enhancements.
Advisory & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for business process optimization using SAP best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and contribute to the evolution of the solution portfolio.
Experience Needed:
- SAP MM consulting and implementation experience, including full-cycle projects.
- Deep knowledge of SAP MM configuration and processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) and ECC.
- Understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, PP, FI, and external systems.
- High level of independence, accountability, and flexibility.
