SAP HR Payroll Support Manager (Remote/Hybrid) Upto £75k basic

SAP Partner Managed Services market leader is currently seeking experienced SAP HR/Payroll Support Manager who will be primarily working remotely (very occasional travel) for a prestigious end client.

This is a Service Delivery Support Manager role and the SAP HR/Payroll Support Manager will be responsible for keeping the lights on the customer is running SAP ECC Enhancement Pack 8 and upgrade plans will be in the future to move to Success Factors and ECP but dates for this are not yet confirmed. The role is therefore to work on Supporting the HR/Payroll system and leading the relationship with Directors, C level stakeholders etc.

The SAP HR/Payroll Support Manager will do the following

• Lead the SAP HR/PY team to deliver projects and resolve high priority Live Service issues
• Manage key stakeholders
• Configure SAP for HCM solutions
• Resolve incidents/instances
• Recommend service improvements
• Document artefacts such as Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs
• Estimate changes
• Manage incidents
• Provide service improvements

Experience required by the SAP HR/Payroll Support Manager includes

• An experienced SAP HCM & UK Payroll consultant
• Possess strong functional HCM experience of implementing/supporting Personnel administration, UK Payroll with end-to-end Payroll processing and Year end processing on SAP ECC projects
• Knowledge of unit testing, UAT and interfaces to third party vendors
• Good written verbal communication skills.

The SAP HR/Payroll Support Manager must have full rights to work in the UK without requiring work permit sponsorship and have been continuous UK resident for the past 5 years.
