Job Description

SAP eWM Consultant - Freelance Contract
Location: Europe (Remote with occasional travel)
Duration: Initial 6-12 months
Sector: Leading FMCG Client

A leading FMCG brand is undergoing a major SAP transformation and is looking for an experienced SAP eWM Consultant to support the design and implementation of extended warehouse management capabilities across key European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and rollout of SAP eWM solutions across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse movements.

  • Conduct fit-gap analyses against an existing regional template and align with business and IT leads on To-Be processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess system landscape, interface integration (SAP ECC/S4, TM, 3PL), and change impacts.

  • Lead the configuration of warehouse structures, RF processes, and HU management.

  • Drive solution blueprinting, master data alignment, and documentation as per project methodology.

  • Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT) and support business users throughout implementation.

Your Profile:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP eWM, ideally in S/4HANA environments.

  • Deep understanding of warehouse automation, RF/voice picking, and integration with third-party logistics.

  • Previous involvement in global or regional SAP deployments.

  • Strong knowledge of Middleware solutions, including SAP CPI.

  • Excellent stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in the food & beverage or FMCG sector is highly desirable.
