Job Description

Client is currently running a very large scale SAP BRIM implementation and we are currently looking for SAP SOM Lead Consultant to join to the team

Details:

  • SAP BRIM/SOM Lead
  • Location: Remote work for project based in Poland.
  • Onsite visits to Wroclaw, Poland for 2-3 days every 10 weeks is planned. Candidates are expected to be open for travels.
  • Start: June 2025 (client is open to wait for the right candidate)
  • Duration: 31.12.2026 + extensions for the next 24-36 months

Scope of work

We are looking for a very experienced technical SOM consultant who will support our team in the CRM to SOM transformation in upcoming year. We expect this person to be a technical leader who will help us to avoid pitfalls, advice the best solutions for our needs and make the implementation as smooth as possible from technical perspective.

  • Agile team that is responsible for both one-time and runtime delivery.
  • Implement new features and maintain the existing solution
  • Propose improvements for SAP BRIM and specifically to SOM area
  • Be proactive and propose support to the team in terms of quality
  • Promote Quality & Continuous Improvement mind-set in the day to day activities

Required skills:

  • Overall 10+ years of SAP BRIM and SOM experience
  • 6+ years of solid experience with SAP SOM
  • Experience especially in SAP S/4 HANA 1909
  • Strong skills with SAP CRM
  • Minimum 2-3 full cycle projects within SAP SOM environment
  • Able to analyse and solve day to day issues from business
  • For technical lead: Technical proficiency in Fiori, ABAP, APIs
  • For functional lead: Great project management skills
  • Experience in Scrum or other agile methodology will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English
