SAP Access

Job Description: Summary Performs a user administration function for business and support staff across a range of SAP systems for various clients within a busy SAP Support department. Involved in the creation and amendment of user accounts and resolution of user access issues. Conducts regular checks and maintenance activities, provision of data and evidence for audits as well as occasional involvement in SAP projects. Essential Job Functions SAP user account creation and maintenance. Works within a small team environment addressing user access related issues raised by business end users and support staff. Provision of Firefighter and SAP remote access in accordance with strict rules. Maintenance of records and producing audit logs for usage of enhanced access. Involvement in provision of data for user access and license audits. Participates in projects with an element of SAP Access providing estimates, guidance, test accounts and test evidence. Basic Qualifications A-Level Grade B or above ERP system experience, particularly Other Qualifications Verbal and written communication skills Personal computer and business software skills, particularly email, MS Word and Excel Analytical and problem-solving skills to assist in solving access related issues Ability to convey a professional image and deal confidently with business problems Presentation skills to present to colleagues and customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities Work Environment Virtual First environment Occasional evening, weekend and bank holiday work Clearance UK Nationals only (dual nationality not accepted)At DXC, we believe in empowering our people to drive change.
