Job Description

Based in Romanel-sur-Lausanne, it has been active in the fields of sanitary and fluid technologies. A total of about a hundred employees work daily on significant projects in complex areas such as industry and the pharmaceutical sector. To continue its development, Milliquet SA wishes to strengthen its technical team by recruiting a: Sanitary Supervisor / Sanitary Technician (M/F) 100% As a true on-site conductor, you will take charge of projects from the study phase and ensure their complete management until completion. You will play a key interface role between the technical office and the assembly teams. Field and site management: - Supervise assembly teams of subcontractors and site operations (access, methodology, tools);- Oversee commissioning, quality control, and compliance;- Manage unforeseen circumstances and resolve on-site issues;- Main contact on site for the company with clients and partners;- Strict adherence to safety standards and regulations;- Prepare reports and technical/financial follow-ups;- Analyze client needs and offers (SNAP) during project studies;- Complete management of small sites independently and co-management of large projects with the project director;- Monitor costs, deadlines, and profitability of projects;- Manage resource output and human needs and provide directives and objectives to teams. Qualifications:- Federal certificate of sanitary supervisor or equivalent sanitary diploma;- Proven experience in managing sanitary sites;- Excellent mastery of installation techniques and current standards;- Experience in the preparation and establishment of offers (SNAP);- Leadership and strong proximity to the field;- Organized, structured, and solution-oriented person;- Driving license B.
