Sample Room Manager / Product Developer / Knitwear Programmer

We are looking for an experienced and hands on knitwear specialist to lead the sample room and support product development. This is a key technical role acting as the link between design and production - ensuring samples are accurate, feasible, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day running of the knitwear sample room
• Programme samples and support complex knitwear designs
• Translate design briefs into technically accurate, manufacturable products
• Oversee yarn stock and sampling materials
• Improve workflows, quality standards, and speed to market

Skills & Experience

• Strong knitwear technical knowledge (programming, construction, yarns, gauges)
• Experience in a knitwear sample room or development environment
• Highly organised with strong problem solving skillsExperience with Stoll (M1 Plus) desirable
