About EFI Group

EFI Group has a bold mission to transform lives, careers and industries through pioneering, industry-led education in fashion, beauty and apprenticeships. Our vision is to deliver exceptional learning experiences, driven by innovation, inclusion, employability, and excellence.

About the role

Join London College of Beauty Therapy's commercial salon as a Salon Supervisor & Receptionist and play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience. As the first point of contact for clients, you will manage reception services, bookings, enquiries, and day-to-day salon operations, helping to create a professional environment that reflects industry standards.

Working closely with salon and curriculum teams, you will support both the commercial success of the salon and the development of students studying Hair and Beauty programmes. By helping to create an authentic, real-world salon environment, you will enable students to gain valuable client-facing experience, develop professional and commercial skills, build their portfolios, and enhance their employability.

This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to student success while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for clients, students, and staff.

About you:

  • Qualifications: Minimum Grade C/4 in English and Maths GCSEs or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience of working in a customer-facing environment as a receptionist, front-of-house coordinator, or salon supervisor and experience handling cash, card payments, and daily financial reconciliation.
  • Expertise: Strong digital literacy with experience using salon booking software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to support student learning and assessment activities, or willingness to undertake relevant training.
  • Values: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students, clients, and colleagues.

If you feel your skills and experience would fit well within our team and you meet many, but not all of our listed qualifications for this role, please apply or get in touch with our Recruitment Team to discuss further.
