SalesOps Manager - part time Contract (3 days p/w) - Remote - Outside IR35

Our client in the consulting space are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to become a core member of their sales and commercial team. You'll be building the systems, processes, and structure that ensure the outbound sales team have the time and capacity to focus on high-value client conversations and delivery.

Key skills needed;

• Design and implement pipeline processes from scratch within their CRM

• Help curate and distribute content across LinkedIn and email

• Track engagement data and make changes where needed to ensure best ROI on outreach

• Qualify opportunities before they reach the senior team

• Organise and maintain sales assets, decks, and internal knowledge

• Background in insurance will be highly advantageous

Rate - £250 per day outside IR35

Duration - 3 month contract, 3 days per week

Location - Full remore (UK Based)
