Salesforce Support & Maintenance Analyst

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Support & Maintenance Analyst to join their EMEIA Sales Planning and Operations team.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the day-to-day health of our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate across regional and global teams to manage user support, monitor system operations, implement enhancements, and drive data quality initiatives. A strong understanding of Salesforce administration and a focus on continuous improvement will help create a seamless and secure experience for the client's sales community.

Key Responsibilities
- System Support & Monitoring
- Monitor the performance and availability of the Salesforce platform, integrations, and scheduled jobs.
- Identify and resolve system issues and inefficiencies proactively.
- Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 support tickets, collaborating with the Salesforce Admin and relevant teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Communicate resolution timelines to stakeholders effectively.
- Implement minor enhancements and configuration updates (e.g., Flows, validation rules) to improve usability and data accuracy.
- Identify automation opportunities to support business efficiency.
- Administer user roles, permissions, profiles, and access controls in line with internal policies.
- Support audits to ensure access compliance.
- Support release cycles, including sandbox refreshes, regression testing, deployment, and environment management.
- Maintain documentation and version control of system changes.
- Collaborate with Data Governance teams to uphold data quality standards.
- Perform data deduplication, integrity checks, and mass updates as needed.
- Maintain current documentation on system architecture, known issues, and support procedures.
- Provide user onboarding and training sessions to promote adoption and effective usage.
Key Qualifications
- Experience supporting and maintaining Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong skills in Salesforce administration, including Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets.
- Experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple systems and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and time zones.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data cleansing and mass data operations.
- Understanding of core data management concepts and data governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and change management processes.
