Salesforce Security Consultant (m/f/d)

For an international Salesforce security project, we are seeking a Salesforce Security Consultant with a strong technical focus. In this role, you will be responsible for securing complex Salesforce environments, with a focus on technical architecture, identity and access management, and the implementation of security best practices.

Your tasks

• Design, implementation, and optimization of security concepts within the Salesforce platform.
• Analysis and safeguarding of access rights, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Implementation of best practices in Salesforce security and compliance.
• Technical consulting on the platform security architecture
• Collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders on security-related issues.
• Support for audits, security reviews, and risk assessments.
• Ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable Salesforce operation.

Must have competences

• Solid Salesforce platform knowledge with a clear focus on security.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Security Specialist (eg, as a Salesforce Security Engineer or a technical Salesforce consultant with a security focus)
• Deep technical understanding of authentication and authorization.
• Expertise in Salesforce role and permission models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) within the Salesforce context.
• Strong technical background with a focus beyond purely functional aspects
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Availability for approximately 50% of weekly working hours.
• Willingness to be on-site in France on a monthly basis (approximately 4 days in a block).

• Experience in complex enterprise Salesforce environments
• Knowledge of related security topics such as compliance, data protection, and security audits.
• Salesforce security-related certifications
• Experience working in international project teams.
• French language skills

Additional information
Preferred a candidate living in Paris. Utilization is approximately 50% for a duration of at least 6 months. The remote share is 80-90%, but it requires block-based on-site presence in France (about 4 days per month). Due to project-related requirements, candidates based in Poland or Romania are preferred.
