Salesforce Product Leader: Customer Experience & Strategy

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to drive product strategy and delivery across CRM initiatives, with a strong focus on customer journeys and data-driven decision making.

You will lead discovery, shape opportunities, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders to maximise business value, including FSC considerations where relevant.
