The role will be central to continually improving and enhancing our SFMC practice further to make the whole mortgage experience better for the customer. You'll be working in a growing team of Salesforce, Marketing Automation & CRM specialists, implementing everything you know, and everything you'll learn to make the whole mortgage experience better for the customer.

What you'll be doing:- Managing customer databases and implementing automated marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the CRM function - Using your technical knowledge of AMPscript to build personalised, dynamic campaigns across a range of touch points
- Proactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements in user experience, data integrity and process automation.
- Prepare and run tests and reports that highlight the health of the platform, presenting data-driven hypotheses and clear, actionable recommendations for the Salesforce/CRM roadmap.
- Working closely with stakeholders to recommend and agree on technological solutions to meet business requirements
- Ensure process is followed consistently, taking ownership of documentation and providing clear, constructive education and feedback where appropriate.
- Support the MI function in developing insight and analysis of performance and process flows
- Leverage Salesforce to empower our sales and customer success teams to deliver high-quality service and first-class customer care
- Mentorship from an experienced SFMC Leader in scaling a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Practise with a Sales Cloud integration at its core business model.

Do you have the right experience?
- Demonstrable experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Core basics mastered - HTML & AMPscript
- Data first mindset with skills to analyse - SQL, API skills
- Data-Driven decision making - You are comfortable diving into the data to form a hypothesis and propose a clear, well-reasoned solution.
- Driven and motivated - Able to work independently and largely manage your own workload, once priorities are clear. Ability to write, interpret and critique technical specs and requirements.
- You are organised - with experience working in Linear and Notion (or equivalent) to manage workload in an agile way and document accordingly
- You are consistently prepared for meetings, listen actively to your colleagues, and can articulate your reasoning clearly and constructively.
- A proactive ownership mindset - actively seek out opportunities for improvement and take full accountability for your work from start to finish.
- Demonstrable Experience using a wide range of Marketing Cloud modules such as Email studio, Automation studio, Mobile studio, Journey builder, Content builder.
- Demonstrable - end to end project delivery in SFMC, with stakeholder management experience and good communication skills
