Salesforce DevOps Engineer/Release Engineer

Amass Technology are looking for a Salesforce DevOps/Release Engineer to manage deployments, release processes and environment configuration across Salesforce development, test/UAT and production environments. Experience with Autorabbit is preferred, with XL Release experience a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce deployments and releases across multiple environments using Autorabbit.

• Coordinate release schedules, deployment validations, troubleshooting and post-release checks.

• Configure and maintain Salesforce test environments and sandboxes.

• Create and manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets and access rights in test environments.

• Build, configure and maintain Salesforce interfaces, components and integrations.

• Support developers and QA teams with environment setup, deployment issues and release readiness.

• Maintain release documentation and identify opportunities to improve deployment processes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in Salesforce DevOps, release management or Salesforce administration.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments and environment management.

• Experience with Autorabbit or a similar Salesforce release management tool.

• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, metadata and user access management.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills.

Desirable

• Experience with XL Release.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git and Salesforce CLI.

• Understanding of Salesforce integrations, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
