Salesforce Developer (part time)

About this role

As a Salesforce Developer, you play a key role in shaping, improving and maintaining one of the company's most critical platforms. Salesforce is at the heart of multiple teams - from sales and customer service to other business units - and you make sure everything runs smoothly.

You combine a hands-on mindset with strong technical skills. Once you get access to the platform, you don't just maintain it - you actively look for ways to improve it, introduce new features and support CRM initiatives across the organization. You enjoy tackling complex challenges and translating business needs into scalable, practical solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Help shape and deliver the Salesforce roadmap together with internal stakeholders
• Configure, develop and maintain Salesforce functionalities and related applications
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions, following best practices
• Support business teams (On-trade, Off-trade & E-commerce) with incidents and improvements
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Document system components, data flows and CRM architecture
• Stay up to date with Salesforce evolutions and assess their impact
• Contribute to ongoing and new CRM projects

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business or similar
• ±5 years of experience within CRM, with solid Salesforce knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, configuration, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Able to translate technical topics into clear, business-friendly language
• Proactive, ownership-driven and comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Good knowledge of English and/or Dutch
