Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and Apex.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration tools and APIs-REST, SOAP, batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and post implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines-particularly given the handling of patient health data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Health Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Knowledge of front end web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft.

Salary Range

€67,200.00 - €84,000.00
