Salesforce Business Analyst

Outsdie IR35, Hybrid working (3 days/week in London)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements

• Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, process flows, and functional specifications

• Work with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure solutions meet business requirements

• Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable Salesforce solutions to support strategic goals

• Support the configuration and customisation of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support business users during testing phases

• Provide training, documentation, and support for end-users

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Maintain awareness of Salesforce platform updates and recommend relevant new features to stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce projects

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience)

• Experience gathering and managing business requirements using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

• Ability to map and document complex business processes

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or other relevant credentials)

• Experience working with third-party integrations or AppExchange solutions

• Experience in sectors such as Public Sector, Financial Services, or Non-profit

• Familiarity with data migration, data modelling, and reporting in Salesforce
