Sales Valuer

Our client, a well-respected estate agency, is looking for a Sales Valuer with at least 12 months of experience to join their close-knit team in the Derby area. With this role, you will be required to work a 5-day working week.

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

Sales Valuer requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A strong desire to be successful
• Highly personable
• Must process a full driver license
• Experience conducting valuations at either a Senior Sales Negotiator or Property Valuer level

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
• Provide accurate market valuations for clients
