The RoleAs a Sales Support Associate, you will support both back of house and front of house operations.
Back of house functions include, but are not limited to, unpacking/packing shipments, organizing the stock room, answering phones, and understanding and executing operational policies/procedures.
Front of house responsibilities include greeting customers, running errands, cashiering, answering phones, and other store needs.
Your role is to support efficient product flow and provide a best-in-class customer service experience.
Responsibilities- Partner with the Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation through product, store maintenance, and customer service.
- Assist with inventory and stock management, ensuring optimal storage and capacity.
- Help investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Contribute to low inventory shrinkage and high inventory accuracy through proper handling of receiving, transfers, RTV, sales, and cycle counts.
- Work with the sales team to deliver exemplary customer service, including POS, repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations.
- Understand BOH/FOH IT systems, including POS transactions.
- Meet store and metric goals.
- Support visual merchandising on floor sets, window changes, and other projects.
- Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Act within rag & bone core values and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Prior retail, stock, logistics, or customer service experience.
- Be original, authentic, and innovative.
- Work well independently and in a team.
- Part-time role requiring 24-30 hours per week.
- Minimum 3-day availability.
