About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, motivated distribution team supporting the Northern Sales Director and Northern Business Development Management (BDM) Team. It is ideal for a candidate eager to learn and interested in career growth within sales. The position can lead to becoming a fully qualified Business Development Manager, with industry qualifications required if not already held.

Reporting to the Northern Sales Director, the role involves supporting the Northern BDM team with various sales activities, including:
- Supporting new business opportunities pre- and post-sale
- Regular updates and meetings with the Sales Director
- Understanding company products and services
- Developing communication materials for advisers
- Building and maintaining adviser panels
- Coordinating with central functions for materials and messaging
- Managing FE licence access and supporting adviser registration
- Participating in team meetings and research activities
- Supporting adviser events and content management
- Building relationships with advisers and supporting CRM processes
- Collaborating across departments
- Developing a sales support plan with the Sales Director
- Working towards achieving a Level 4 Diploma in industry qualifications
