We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth for our Vistex Cloud solution portfolio in the Mid-Market segment in the UK and Ireland.
The ideal candidate is a strong networker who thrives on working independently and brings a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to uncover and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for Vistex cloud-based software solutions in the mid-market segment.
- Proactively generate leads, create pipeline, and pursue new sales opportunities independently.
- Conduct effective product presentations and software demos to senior stakeholders.
- Build strong partnerships with SAP and relevant channel partners to co-sell and expand reach.
- Navigate and manage complex sales scenarios, including detailed proposal generation and contract negotiation.
- Work closely with marketing, solution advisory, BDMs, and pre-sales to deliver tailored solutions.
- Grow the customer base in targeted industries by leveraging networks and market knowledge.

Experience Required- Minimum 3 years of direct B2B software sales experience; SaaS/Cloud experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in industries such as consumer goods, retail, high-tech, or pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- Comfortable working with internal stakeholders (marketing, presales, customer success, etc.).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel for sales reporting and presentations.
