Job Opportunity: Commercial Sales Engineer - Excavators & Attachments
Are you passionate about construction machinery and eager to grow your career in the excavator and digger industry? We're looking for a personable and motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join a leading company specializing in innovative excavation equipment and attachments.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, including digger owners, rental companies, and dealers.
- Spread the word about our industry-leading products by nurturing existing relationships and creating new business opportunities.
- Engage in B2B sales with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with customers, understanding their needs and helping them get the best from our products.
- Travel regularly within your territory (3-4 days per week) to meet customers and dealers, supported by a home office setup.
What We're Looking For:
- Interest or basic knowledge of excavators, diggers, and related equipment.
- Some experience in the industry is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn commercially are essential.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and French to cover the Wallonia region.
- A personable, proactive approach with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently on the road, managing your time efficiently.
- Salary range of €4,000 to €6,000 gross/month, depending on experience.
