Arcon Recruitment is seeking experienced Sales Representatives for a leading flooring company, covering the North West of Ireland. This is a full time, permanent position offering excellent earning potential and career progression.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will promote and sell a range of premium flooring products to commercial and retail customers. You will manage a regional sales territory, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth within the North West territory.
• Promote flooring products to retailers, contractors, and commercial clients.
• Manage customer accounts and provide after sales support.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and product demonstrations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience (flooring or construction materials preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self driven and results focused.
• Willingness to travel across the North West region.
• Full driver's licence.
