Sales Representative / Pastry specialist - Melbourne, Australia F/M

In direct link with the General Manager of REPERTOIRE CULINAIRE head office based in Mitcham, a new Sales Representative specialised in pastry is required to develop key accounts, improve portfolio business and support expansion in the Greater Melbourne area.

• Represent the company towards its customers
• Develop new business strategies to target existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
• Benchmark market trends to ensure that the Company's product range and pricing meet market requirements
• Take responsibility for and lead the execution of agreed sales strategies
• Identify and measure the visibility of our exclusive brands using innovative tools (TV show, supervise digital marketing, sponsor media) and improve it
• Build and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customers, and stakeholder executive sponsors
• Create a loyalty scheme for our key customers supported by our manufacturers in France to reward and initiate upselling
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Manage the representation of the business during festivals, events, PR, and shows
• Assist the Director with analytic sales reports for budget and shareholding meetings
• Identify key areas of business to recruit, train, and supervise the sales team
• Create and implement monthly targets (bonus scheme) for the team of sales representatives and sales assistants
