Sales Recruitment Resourcer - High-Volume Talent Sourcing

Lovey in Birmingham is hiring a Talent Acquisition Resourcer on a permanent, full time basis. You will focus on high volume sales recruitment, sourcing candidates for SDR and BDM roles, and conducting initial screening calls.

You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and Sales leadership, spend substantial time on outbound calling, building pipelines, and moving candidates through the process in a target driven environment. No prior recruitment experience required.
