Job Description
Role Overview

Our client in the Borehamwood area is looking for a competent Sales Order Processing Administrator to join their busy team.

This full time permanent role requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5.30 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations
  • Process sales orders
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate dispatch
  • Generate reports
Qualifications

Detail oriented with strong communication skills.

Experience engaging with customers over the phone.

Sales administration or sales support background in a fast paced environment.

Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills; confident in creating correspondence.
