Sales Operations Executive (Non-Sales)

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with funders, dealers, and customers
• Respond to emails and messages within 24-hour SLAs
• Proactively manage customer orders and expectations
• Work closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners and funders
• Process and check customer documentation
• Coordinate vehicle collections and deliveries
• Identify and elevate complaints to the appropriate team
• Handle daily admin tasks and action reports efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a fast-paced administration or customer service role
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Fast learner who picks up systems and processes quickly
• Confident with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
