As they continue to strengthen their presence across Europe, they are seeking a Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive - DACH, GERMAN SPEAKER, to support their growth, elevate the customer experience, and ensure seamless operational excellence across the region.
You must have B2B experience.
Main Responsibilities- Produce and manage orderbooks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs and business targets.
- Enter and maintain customer data, including orders, pricing, part numbers, and VAS.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and the warehouse to resolve issues and ensure smooth, timely order processing and shipments.
- Analyse orderbooks, communicate challenges to customers and sales, and support order allocation.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing support on pricing, credits, invoices, and recurring issues.
- Monitor key performance metrics, attend training, and assist with additional duties or projects as needed.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
- STYLEman experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
£45000 - £50000 per annum + excellent company benefits
