Job Description
- Generating new business and winning instructions
- Residential property valuations and market appraisals
- Managing vendors and purchasers throughout the sales process
- Negotiating sales and progressing transactions to completion
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the local market
- Working towards agreed sales, revenue and growth targets
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property sales
- A recognised property/auctioneering qualification
- Strong valuation, negotiation and business development skills
- A proven ability to generate instructions and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market
- Experience in a similar role.
- Full clean drivers licence required.
