The ideal candidate will have some experience as a Sales Negotiator or within a sales environment. The role:- Generate market appraisals, developing new business
- Converting appraisals into sales instructions
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
- Generate and accompany viewings and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers
- Be responsible for maintaining records on the internal databases
- Marketing of properties
- Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Always ensuring excellent customer service.
- Experience in Sales
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving licence
