Sales Negotiator - Huddersfield

Basic Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

On Target Earnings: £32,000+

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our client's team in Huddersfield. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales transactions, from initial inquiry to final closing, ensuring excellent customer service and maximising sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and pricing.
• Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed throughout the sales process.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and build strong relationships within the local community.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a sales negotiator within the property industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and driven attitude, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
• Knowledge of the Huddersfield property market is advantageous.
• Car and Full UK driving license.
