Sales Negotiator

Company Overview: Indigo Residential Ltd is an independent Estate Agent, established in 2005, with three offices across Luton and Ampthill.

Join our thriving and expanding team as a Sales Negotiator at our Luton and Ampthill branches . We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results for our clients.

Salary: Competitive basic salary with commission and bonus scheme with an OTE of £33,000 per annum

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 3 x Saturdays per month with a day off in lieu for each Saturday worked. This will be reduced to every other Saturday after successful completion of the probationary period.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 months' experience in the property sector is preferred. You must be able to demonstrate;
• Strong customer service skills.
• Drive and ambition to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must possess a valid UK driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.
• Live within 20 miles of our branch
