RESTAURANT SALES MANAGER
Manchester & Birmingham

Leading the group booking and restaurant events sales function, maximising reservations, conversion and commercial performance
Driving opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with key PA and EA networks, concierge partners, group bookers, past guests and repeat customers
Owning the sales journey from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking, ensuring every opportunity is handled with care and commercial focus
