The role

As a Sales Manager at Soly, you will play a key role in our dynamic and expanding sales team based in London. Your primary responsibility will be to guide potential clients through the sales process, converting leads into opportunities and offering tailored advice on solar energy solutions. You will oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact to successful closure. You'll be part of a driven team united by a shared mission to make affordable, sustainable, and decentralised energy solutions accessible to all.

Your impact
  • You will use your consultative pre-sales skills to convince warm leads-people who actively show interest in our products-to book appointments and choose Soly as their preferred solar energy provider, contributing to the growth of our UK operations.
  • You will conduct video consultations with potential customers and build personal relationships with future Solyans.
  • You will provide clients with customised solutions that help them save costs, participate in the green energy transition, and maximise the benefits of our solar energy systems.
  • By building and growing your own customer base, you will make a significant contribution to a more sustainable UK.
Your profile
  • You have a passion for sales and proven experience in B2C roles.
  • You bring positivity, energy, and enthusiasm to make a difference.
  • You are interested in selling sustainable products and are tech-savvy.
  • You have an outgoing and communicative personality and are a true team player.
  • You can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • A starting salary of £34,000 with a generous bonus structure (OTE of £52,000).
