It is vital that they coach, motivate and performance manage their team. Ensuring they all have a clear understanding of Brenntag's key strengths and attributes, selling these benefits to develop quality long standing business relationships. The individual must be able to embrace as well as identify new opportunities and see them through to a satisfactory conclusion. Responsibilities Full line management and ensure good time management practice for each Account Manager (E&I). Prepare a PPM (Personal Performance Management) for all staff. Prepare a geographical business development plan/strategy for each area in line with product strengths and targeted industries Joint personal visits to customers alongside an AM to provide support and coaching. Analyse through CRM, CGE and Pivot reports, accounts and managed products to ensure maximum profitability is achieved. Managed product campaigns in close liaison with the Product Management team in Leeds. Ensure all product price increases/decreases are implemented to Brenntag's customer base through PAN/PPG or manually. To ensure the Internal Sales Team monthly sales budget is achieved. To provide the Regional Sales Manager with a detailed monthly report of activity and performance against target. Any other requests of a reasonable nature that may be required by the management on an ad-hoc basis. Experience Must be able to work under pressure. Accuracy and attention to detail. Good Communication skills. Ability to prioritise, with effective time management.
