As Sales Manager for 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse, be responsible for liasing with clients across all market segmentations including Group, Leisure & Corporate while working closely with the centralised L+R Commercial team.
A focus on Group business; from within these segments & stand-alone will be an integral part of the role, as you will be supporting the centralised ILH Group & Events team. Reporting into the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be the 'go to' person on property to assist with site visits, fam trips, greeting VIPs/group organisers etc. Whilst this role has a 'hands on' approach, it has administrative responsibilities as you will utilise Salesforce to track and manage all accounts as well as look for market insights through platforms such as Agency 360 & STR.
