About the Role

We're searching for a Sales Manager with hunger, vision, and leadership to elevate our sales strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead a motivated sales team to not just meet but exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue milestones.

  • Define expectations, track progress, and hold the team accountable through clear performance monitoring.

  • Manage your own sales pipeline and revenue objectives alongside guiding your team.

  • Deliver compelling performance reports to senior leadership, showcasing both team and individual progress.

  • Coach and develop team members through regular training, feedback sessions, and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate across departments marketing, product, customer success to align strategies and amplify results.

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to scale revenue and enhance market presence.
