Sales Manager £60,000 - £65,000 + excellent benefits

We are working with a leading international manufacturer to appoint a new Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation offering a strong salary package, benefits, and clear opportunities for progression.

In this role, you will take charge of the internal Sales Management function, leading a team of Sales and Account Executives and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management of staff and Key Account Management
• Overseeing and coordinating all RFQ activities
• Developing, refining, and delivering the sales & marketing strategy
• Travelling to customer manufacturing sites when required

What we're looking for

• A degree (or education) in Mechanical Engineering - essential
• Strong track record in sales, account management, or order fulfilment within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
