Sales Ledger Worksop Permanent Job

Your new company
Our client in Worksop is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to help manage their increasing workload
Your new role

  • You will be solely responsible for accurately manually raising sales invoices, ensuring all are correct and contain the right and relevant costings.
  • You will be in charge of uploading invoices to internal invoicing finance portals and external client portals.
  • Credit control duties (small part of the role)
  • Supporting the wider finance team with any adhoc duties
  • Daily maintenance of Sales Ledger, raising invoices, invoice queries resolution, production of credit notes, maintaining and recording cash receipts
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Experienced in Sales Ledger, Credit Control and related functions
  • Experience in query management
  • MS Office - Excel including Vlookups & pivot tables
  • Xero accounting system usage or any similar accounting systems would be desirable but not essential as training will be given.
